Bird Bank: (noun) An online sales link created by UTees Campus Managers that can be shared with customers for ease of ordering.
Step 1: Choose UTees- Request a Quote!

Step 2: Pick the Perfect Design

Step 3: Go over the Details
Before your Bird Bank is opened, your Campus Manager will discuss different ordering options that can be set up! We offer group shipping and individual shipping so you can choose based on what is right for your organization’s needs. If you select group shipping, an easy way to distribute your shirts is though our Bag & Tag option! When this is selected, the items someone orders will be specifically bagged and tagged with their name and size. This displays what they ordered so there is no confusion on who ordered what!
Step 4: Open your Bird Bank
Now that your order is all set up and ready to go, it’s time to get your Bird Bank open! A Bird Bank is our custom web ordering link that is set up specifically for you! Once your Campus Manager opens the order link, you can now send the link to anyone and everyone you want to! The method of shipping you have previously selected will be displayed on the link so people ordering know how their items will get to them. Once the Bird Bank ends, your order will go into production and ship 7-10 business days later. The organizer and Campus Manager’s information will also be displayed so if anyone has any questions, they know who to reach out to! At the top of the order, a timer is displayed to show how much longer orders can be placed before the Bird Bank closes.
Step 5: Ordering
Ordering is simple! Just select the item and size you want and add it to bag. Once the items you want are in your bag, you can check out. The Bird Bank will bring up a screen with a few questions, shipping information, and a payment page. Double check that all of this information, including what you ordered, is correct before placing your order to ensure you receive what you want!
Step 6: Closing the Bird Bank
Now that the Bird Bank sale has come to a close, it’s time to finalize some details! Your Campus Manager will check over the pricing, quantity, and shipping address to ensure everything is correct. Once the order is officially closed, your order will go into production! Get excited! Your order will be coming soon!! Once the order ships, you will receive the tracking information so you can be waiting by the door when it gets delivered like everyone else!
